Tap a free table on the floor plan, choose how long the group expects to play and start. No name needed for walk-ins. Add your table-time rate to the Booking, and the table turns “In progress” on every screen.

Do I have to replace my POS or card terminal?
No. Ovyrena runs next to them. You take payments on your own terminal or in cash and record them in Ovyrena. If your POS issues the receipts, Ovyrena prints a slip with your POS codes to enter at the register.
How exactly is table time billed?
You set a price per hour and a billing step of 1, 5, 10, 15, 30 or 60 minutes. Ovyrena counts every started step from the moment the table starts until it is closed, with at least one step. Until then the Booking shows an estimate from the expected duration.
What if a group plays longer than planned?
They pay for the time they actually played. Tables that run past their planned end appear in Needs attention, so you can check before a reservation is due.
Do Customers need to install an app?
No. The table’s QR code opens in any phone browser. Calling staff and asking for the bill work right away; ordering needs the six-character Booking code your staff gives the group, and you approve every order.
Can Customers reserve a table ahead?
Yes, on every plan. Share your booking link, Customers request a time inside your opening hours, and your team confirms each request.
Which devices does my team need?
Ovyrena runs in the browser on any computer, tablet or phone. Native apps for iPhone and Android are on the way.
What happens when the trial ends?
If you do not choose a plan, your Company becomes read-only for 30 days: you can still see and print everything, but you cannot make changes. Choosing a plan restores full access.
